Abstract: The term “Endless Forms” (Carroll, 2005) appears in the closing sentence of The Origin of Species (Darwin, 2009 reprint). It describes evolution as an open-ended ongoing unfolding of beautiful living forms (living designs) from a simple origin. To a designer, biological evolution provides a premier example of how infinite designs can be produced, forever. It is an example of a space-time design and production tool which combines two twin phenomena, infinity-eternity and design-production (or software-hardware). With Evo-Devo and the fundamental discovery of the gene tool kit that links diverse organisms (Carroll, 2005), a third twin, the unity-diversity twin has come into play. These triad of twins is applicable to human-made designs and match the spirit of the ongoing work presented here.
