Abstract: This paper is devoted to the results of studying hidden symmetries and stochastic regularities in DNA nucleotide sequences of eukaryotic and prokaryotic genomes. For this study, the author’s method of a representation of long DNA nucleotide sequence as a set of parallel texts in different alphabets is used.

Keywords: symmetry, genomes, alphabets, probability, algebraic harmony.
